The Boston Public Market is a year-round, community supported market in downtown Boston. With seed funding from the City of Boston, the Market was founded to serve all Bostonians — including those using SNAP dollars. We set out to demystify the localvore market experience by shedding traditional co-op, organic, and high-end grocery stereotypes. Bold colors, custom photography, and playful motion broadens the Market's appeal by making locally sourced food fun. Using an innovative website that showcases social media activity, we rallied the local community and built a passionate group of Market supporters. From 2014 to 2019, our digital ads consistently beat industry benchmarks for engagement and increased foot traffic and sales. Today, the Market is a thriving Beantown institution and a popular destination for Bostonians and tourists alike.

The holiday campaign for the Boston Public Market saw a 40% lift in foot traffic & a 20% increase in market sales.
